About me

My name is Emma Rogerson and I design and hand make all the pictures sold at Clarkie Designs. I started the company in 2010 because when I had my two children I couldn't find any artwork I loved to furnish their bedrooms. So I designed and made my own, first for my son and then 2 years later for my daughter.

It was only as they started to grow up and notice their surroundings that I realised how important wall art can be. My little boy loved to point out his tractor and car and as he grew bigger he tried to say the words.

I have tried to create a unique collection of pictures for children's bedrooms, that you won't find on the high street. Included in my range are initials and names which are made to order to give you a truly individual product.

In addition, I am very happy to tailor any existing designs to your own requirements. I could for example change colours to fit in with existing curtains or bedlinen. Also, I am happy to create something totally unique, working around your own ideas or colour schemes. Please just get in touch to let me know your ideas. Individual designs are priced on an individual basis.
