All of my products are carefully wrapped to ensure that they look as good for you as they do on completion.
On receiving payment I will aim to send out your picture within 5 working days. There are occasionally further delays during periods of high demand because all my pictures are hand made by me! If this is the case you will be contacted as I receive your order
 I send out all products 1st class recorded delivery.
I will try and accommodate any urgent orders please just contact me with your requirements.
Please see below an indication of the postage and packing charges:

I charge a standard rate of £4.95 for most pictures, with the following exceptions:

The small door name pictures are £1.95
Personalised cards are 50 pence.

Overseas orders are of course very welcome but they will incur an additional charge. Please get in touch for a quote.

At the moment the limitations of my website don't allow me to reduce postage for more than one item. If you would like to buy multiple pictures, or have a card included in the package, I can of course arrange this so please get in touch and I can help arrange reduced postage costs.

If when you recieve your order you are not entirely happy with it please contact me immediately and I will try and rectify the problem. Customer satisfaction is my top priority and I want you to be thrilled with your picture.
 If you simply change your mind, and want to return the item, you are responsible for the return P & P costs. I will provide a refund excluding the P & P charges on reciept of the returned product. Please return the product to be within
    14 days and try to ensure it gets to me in a resalable condition
 I cannot accept returns on special initials or other personalised product unless there is a quality issue. (see note below)
 Please note there may be very slight variations betweeen the picture onscreen and your order. This is because each picture is hand done and cannot be helped.
 There may be slight variation in the colours represented on the website against those on the originals. Clarkie Designs cannot be held responsible for this variation. I can however supply samples of the colours before ordering without charge should this be required.
 I cannot be held reponsible for any delays within the postal system, which are beyond my control.
